Elenberg Fraser is an integrated design practice operating across the Asia-Pacific region. The studio of Hecker Guthrie is a multi-disciplinary practice, based in Melbourne Australia. Under the direction of Paul Hecker and Hamish Guthrie, the studio of Hecker Guthrie draws on the foundations and design principles that have been developed over the last decade of practice. The work of Hecker Guthrie is driven by the principles of authenticity, consideration and enthusiasm. The studio’s approach is to create a unique identity for each project and this resonates not only in the design solution but in the selection of a natural palette of materials and the sharing of knowledge with craftsmen and women.
Blueprint Projects is an experienced Victorian based property and development group creating high quality mixed use, commercial, retail and residential projects. Passionate and dedicated, Blueprint’s experienced team offers a hands-on localised approach, delivering properties and results through timeless buildings that contribute to Melbourne’s streetscapes and communities.
Empowered by industry knowledge and from three partners, Magnus Floden, Antony Quinert and Paul Tuddenham, the group offers more than 85 years of combined development and construction experience totalling $300 million in successful projects. All three partners have successfully delivered a number of other projects in the area including 38 Harold Street and 117 Camberwell Road.

Oculus work to create designs that connect people to one another and to the larger environment—a dialogue between the individual and the collective that is physical, sensorial, phenomenal, and at times indescribable. The landscaping around CV on street level and on the podium level will bring the leafy surrounds of Camberwell into this landmark project.
